We at BebeCandy hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, unworn/unused with tags still attached. Original receipt must accompany returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged merchandise. All sales are final on marked-down items.  In some cases, items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

International Orders and Returns:

Packages shipped Internationally are sent via USPS. Note that any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

For International orders, please allow an additional ten days from the date your order was placed plus normal shipping transit times. Delays are common when shipping internationally due to handling of duty, GST and other applicable taxes and fees, so please factor this in when placing your order.

International Refunds

In order to receive a refund on the duties paid for an item returned, please note that the following process must be observed according to Applicable Customs Law. Only the Customs agency for your applicable country is authorized to process your claim for customs fee refunds.  You must request documentation from the delivery agent regarding the duty paid, and bring goods and paperwork to a post office that handles Customs duty refunds to apply for your refund there. For exchanges, the above process must be followed to receive a duty refund on the item exchanged, and applicable Customs will collect duty on the new item.
